Turnock

The Turnock Heatlamp is a long life design with TA214 lamp holder, for use with heat lamp bulbs up to 250 watts (both ceramic and hard glass types).

The Turnock Heatlamp comes complete with reflector, guard, 2m long chain
and 3m mains lead and plug. The lamp should be hung, using the chain provided, from a suspension point, and the chain adjusted to ensure that the distance between the bottom of the heatlamp and the animal(s) is NOT less than 0.5m.

The reflector diameter measures 30cm.

This heatlamp does not have an on/off switch. The lamp will remain on when connected to the mains supply.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same working day (with the exception of some items that clearly show a delayed dispatch notice on the product image).

The order may also be delivered to your place of work or left in a safe place at the chosen delivery address (safe place does not require a signature but is left at the customers own risk). Please be aware all Express Courier orders require a signature (or a photograph) upon delivery, unless requested otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated on the delivery weight that we assign to a product. This may differ from the actual weight of the product, for example, in instances where the bulky nature of the product means increased postage costs apply. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery and a safe place has not been selected an automatic re-delivery will be attempted the next working day. If for a second time the delivery has not been signed for and if no attempt is made to re-arrange delivery, the order will returned to us.

Returns

To receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us in new and resaleable condition, with tags still attached (if applicable) and in the original manufacturers packaging (if applicable).
