In 1974 Dr. Ulf Jacoby took over his parents’ pharmacy in Lahnau and also started keeping horses and riding in shows. It was his own interest and scientific curiosity, as well as customer demand, which inspired him to start the company leovet, specialising in horse care products. Leovet has become well known for its' Power Phaser Fly repellents.
