Woof Wear

The Woof Wear Tail Guard protects from above top of the tail right to the end of the dock. This tail guard is made from a 4mm closed-cell neoprene which is soft and flexable, providing a good fit without sagging whilst at the same time being comfortable for the horse.

The Woof Wear Tail Guard has 4 adjustable touch & close straps which attach to the tail guards' plush outer finish for unlimited strap adjustment and a secure fit.

One sizes - fits most horses. Total length = Aprox 49cm

Fitting
• Undo the hook and loop fastening and open the tail guard flat. You may find it easier to fold the straps back on themselves and secure them to the plush material so they do not cause interference whilst fitting.
• Place the tail guard on the tail with the shaped section uppermost (to protect the top of the tail). If you place it a touch too high then slide it down the tail you will ensure the tail hair remains flat
• Lift the horse’s tail and wrap the rest of the guard around under the dock
• Secure the hook and loop fastenings

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same working day (with the exception of some items that clearly show a delayed dispatch notice on the product image).

The order may also be delivered to your place of work or left in a safe place at the chosen delivery address (safe place does not require a signature but is left at the customers own risk). Please be aware all Express Courier orders require a signature (or a photograph) upon delivery, unless requested otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated on the delivery weight that we assign to a product. This may differ from the actual weight of the product, for example, in instances where the bulky nature of the product means increased postage costs apply. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery and a safe place has not been selected an automatic re-delivery will be attempted the next working day. If for a second time the delivery has not been signed for and if no attempt is made to re-arrange delivery, the order will returned to us.

Returns

To receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us in new and resaleable condition, with tags still attached (if applicable) and in the original manufacturers packaging (if applicable).
