Get your fire off to a fantastic start with our natural firelighters.
These firelighters are 100% natural and are made from pieces of wood, wool and wax. They are quick, easy and clean to use and are smokeless and odourless. They are so easy to light, they are ideal for getting barbeques hot and smouldering for those juicy steaks and burgers, and, because they are odourless, the smell will not cling to the food.
Instructions for Use:
Place one or two Twizlers under logs or coal
Keep the draught regulator fully open while lighting then partially close when the fuel is lit.
Light the edges of the Twizzlers; they will burn for 7 - 10 minutes giving plenty of time for the logs or coal to catch.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and all sources of ignition.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same working day (with the exception of some items that clearly show a delayed dispatch notice on the product image).

The order may also be delivered to your place of work or left in a safe place at the chosen delivery address (safe place does not require a signature but is left at the customers own risk). Please be aware all Express Courier orders require a signature (or a photograph) upon delivery, unless requested otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated on the delivery weight that we assign to a product. This may differ from the actual weight of the product, for example, in instances where the bulky nature of the product means increased postage costs apply. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery and a safe place has not been selected an automatic re-delivery will be attempted the next working day. If for a second time the delivery has not been signed for and if no attempt is made to re-arrange delivery, the order will returned to us.

Returns

To receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us in new and resaleable condition, with tags still attached (if applicable) and in the original manufacturers packaging (if applicable).
