The Puppy Starter Kit includes three essential grooming products to help distribute the natural oils from the skin, producing a healthy, shiny coat. Brushing several times a week is recommended for most dogs and if started from a young age can create a special time which is looked forward to by both owner and dog.

Kit includes:

Palm Brush - flexible palm brush which gently massages the skin and effectively removes dead and loose hairs.

Ball Pin Brush - helps reduce tangles, knots and matted hair.

Flea Comb - effectively removes fleas, lice and eggs from pets.

The Groom range caters for all hair types, long or short, thick or thin there is a tool within Groom to keep any pet in tip top condition.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same working day (with the exception of some items that clearly show a delayed dispatch notice on the product image).

The order may also be delivered to your place of work or left in a safe place at the chosen delivery address (safe place does not require a signature but is left at the customers own risk). Please be aware all Express Courier orders require a signature (or a photograph) upon delivery, unless requested otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated on the delivery weight that we assign to a product. This may differ from the actual weight of the product, for example, in instances where the bulky nature of the product means increased postage costs apply. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery and a safe place has not been selected an automatic re-delivery will be attempted the next working day. If for a second time the delivery has not been signed for and if no attempt is made to re-arrange delivery, the order will returned to us.

Returns

To receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us in new and resaleable condition, with tags still attached (if applicable) and in the original manufacturers packaging (if applicable).
