Dengie Meadow Lite with Herbs provides a low calorie feed for good doers, overweight and obese horses.
• Dengie's lowest calorie feed providing just 5MJ/kg of Digestible Energy
• Soft, tasty meadow grasses blended with high-quality oat straw to offer a low-calorie feed which does not compromise on chew time
• Contains pea hull fibre, a great source of highly digestible fibre. A range of fibre types is beneficial for digestive health and helps to support a healthy microbiota
• Enhanced with the tasty herbs cinnamon and thyme to tempt fussy horses and ponies
• The inclusion of postbiotics supports the gut microbiota for general health and wellbeing
• A very light dressing of British grown linseed and rapeseed oil is added to promote coat shine

FEEDING GUIDE

Dengie Meadow Lite with Herbs is a straight feed and so can be used in the bucket feed to slow consumption of balancers, mixes and cubes which is beneficial for digestive health. Any level can be fed but between 500g to 1kg per 100kg bodyweight per day is a practical range when added to the bucket feed.

If using as a forage replacer – feed the same weight of Dengie Meadow Lite with Herbs as the forage you are replacing. Feeding 1.5kgs per 100kgs bodyweight will provide 1.5% of the horse’s bodyweight as forage per day on an as fed basis.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same working day (with the exception of some items that clearly show a delayed dispatch notice on the product image).

The order may also be delivered to your place of work or left in a safe place at the chosen delivery address (safe place does not require a signature but is left at the customers own risk). Please be aware all Express Courier orders require a signature (or a photograph) upon delivery, unless requested otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated on the delivery weight that we assign to a product. This may differ from the actual weight of the product, for example, in instances where the bulky nature of the product means increased postage costs apply. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery and a safe place has not been selected an automatic re-delivery will be attempted the next working day. If for a second time the delivery has not been signed for and if no attempt is made to re-arrange delivery, the order will returned to us.

Returns

To receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us in new and resaleable condition, with tags still attached (if applicable) and in the original manufacturers packaging (if applicable).
