Dengie Hi Fi Original is made from alfalfa which is high temperature dried - locking in the natural goodness - and then blended with quality soft straw to provide a high fibre ration. Alfalfa is an excellent natural source of antioxidants. Hi-Fi Original can also be used as a partial hay replacer.

Dengie Hi Fi Original can be fed as the sole energy source: just add a broad-spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement, such as Dengie Natural Vitality Vits & Mins or alternatively a feed balancer such as Dengie Alfa-A or Hi-Fi Balancer.

Dengie Hi Fi Original can also be fed as a partial hay replacer. The average section of hay weighs around 2kgs which can be replaced with 2kgs of Hi-Fi Original. As Hi-Fi Original is a short 'chop' it takes as long to eat as the equivalent weight of hay or haylage and so helps to keep horses occupied and satisfied. Unlike hay and haylage which can vary in nutritional content from batch to batch, Hi-Fi Original provides consistent nutrition.

The alfalfa in Dengie Hi Fi Original is dried at a very high temperature which reduces mould. Extraction processes are used to reduce the dust content.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same working day (with the exception of some items that clearly show a delayed dispatch notice on the product image).

The order may also be delivered to your place of work or left in a safe place at the chosen delivery address (safe place does not require a signature but is left at the customers own risk). Please be aware all Express Courier orders require a signature (or a photograph) upon delivery, unless requested otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated on the delivery weight that we assign to a product. This may differ from the actual weight of the product, for example, in instances where the bulky nature of the product means increased postage costs apply. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery and a safe place has not been selected an automatic re-delivery will be attempted the next working day. If for a second time the delivery has not been signed for and if no attempt is made to re-arrange delivery, the order will returned to us.

Returns

To receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us in new and resaleable condition, with tags still attached (if applicable) and in the original manufacturers packaging (if applicable).
