Beaphar Lactol Puppy Milk 1kg has recently switched to a new packaging. The composition of this product has also been improved. The product has been enriched with DHA, which is very important for the development of the brains and eyes.

Beaphar Lactol Puppy Milk is a complete milk replacement for orphaned puppies. It is suitable for newborn puppies, weaning puppies, pregnant or lactating dogs, or for sick or convalescing dogs. Lactol is made from easily digestible whey powder and closely resembles the natural mother's milk.

Instructions

Add Lactol Puppy Milk to warm, non-boiling water and mix until everything has dissolved. Let the mixture cool to body temperature (38ºC), after which it is ready for use. Older animals prefer to drink their Lactol Puppy Milk cold.

Prepare Lactol Puppy Milk with clean and sterile materials, this is particularly important for young (newborn) animals. Pre-prepared Lactol Puppy Milk can be kept in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Re-heat the milk to body temperature before feeding young animals. Make sure that the animal has access to plenty of fresh drinking water.

Feeding guidelines

The following information is provided as a guide only. Please refer to the product packaging for full details.

Toy or Miniature Puppies: up to 150ml per day
Small or Medium Puppies: up to 300ml per day
Medium or Large Puppies: up to 450ml per day
Giant Puppies: up to 600ml per day
Junior Dogs (over 3 months): up to 600ml per day
Pregnant or Lactating Bitches: up to 1200ml per day

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same working day (with the exception of some items that clearly show a delayed dispatch notice on the product image).

The order may also be delivered to your place of work or left in a safe place at the chosen delivery address (safe place does not require a signature but is left at the customers own risk). Please be aware all Express Courier orders require a signature (or a photograph) upon delivery, unless requested otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated on the delivery weight that we assign to a product. This may differ from the actual weight of the product, for example, in instances where the bulky nature of the product means increased postage costs apply. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery and a safe place has not been selected an automatic re-delivery will be attempted the next working day. If for a second time the delivery has not been signed for and if no attempt is made to re-arrange delivery, the order will returned to us.

Returns

To receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us in new and resaleable condition, with tags still attached (if applicable) and in the original manufacturers packaging (if applicable).
