The Ancol Viva Retractable Lead is a compact and stylish lead that allows your dog the freedom to wander and explore while you remain in complete control of them. The leash can be released or retracted at the push of just one button allowing for simple and instant adjustment whenever you need it. Unlike traditional 'long line' leads, the Viva leash retracts to prevent it from getting caught around dogs' (and owners') legs or being dragged on the floor. This compact and tidy design means there's no need to roll, fold, or bundle up the lead to pack it away. The super soft grip design ensures owner's comfort even when on long walks. The lead features a thick and sturdy trigger hook for simple attachment to a collar. The Ancol Viva Leads have been tested to destruction in the UK by INTERTEK with fantastic results, assuring our customers of their hardwearing reliability.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same working day (with the exception of some items that clearly show a delayed dispatch notice on the product image).

The order may also be delivered to your place of work or left in a safe place at the chosen delivery address (safe place does not require a signature but is left at the customers own risk). Please be aware all Express Courier orders require a signature (or a photograph) upon delivery, unless requested otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated on the delivery weight that we assign to a product. This may differ from the actual weight of the product, for example, in instances where the bulky nature of the product means increased postage costs apply. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery and a safe place has not been selected an automatic re-delivery will be attempted the next working day. If for a second time the delivery has not been signed for and if no attempt is made to re-arrange delivery, the order will returned to us.

Returns

To receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us in new and resaleable condition, with tags still attached (if applicable) and in the original manufacturers packaging (if applicable).
