Wherever possible, if you select Courier delivery and provide your mobile phone number, we will arrange for tracking updates to be sent to you via text message. On the day of your delivery the courier will send you details of your allocated one-hour delivery timeslot. You can re-arrange this if inconvenient.
If a valid email address is provided, tracking information will also be sent via email.
Please note, this service is only available for orders with Courier delivery (Royal Mail orders are excluded). We may also be unable to provide this service for some more remote areas of the UK.
