If you selected Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery, tracking information will be automatically sent to you via email and/or text message depending on whether you provided an email address and/or mobile number. You will receive tracking shortly after your order is dispatched.
Royal Mail deliveries generally do not require a signature however, someone will need to be available to take delivery if the item to too large to fit through a letterbox. Royal Mail may choose deliver the parcel to a neighbour if you are not available to take delivery. If your tracking shows that the item is delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours.
If Royal Mail are unable to deliver, you will receive notification that your parcel has gone to your local sorting office and you will need to collect it from there or arrange a further delivery attempt, following the instructions provided.
