Pallet Delivery

... what happens after your order is dispatched?

If you selected Pallet Delivery, once the haulier (Freighteam) have collected the pallet from us, they will call you to arrange a convenient delivery day. This is important because they will need to know that someone will be available to take delivery. Without making this arrangement, your order may not be delivered.

Please be sure to provide a telephone number as soon as possible, if you have not already done so.

All Pallet orders require a signature on delivery so you must ensure that someone is available to take delivery on the agreed day. 

Please be aware if you have no means of off loading the pallet/s (e.g. a forklift truck) the driver is only permitted to off load the whole pallet/s using a pump truck and tail lift to the threshold of the delivery address.
