If you selected MyHermes delivery, tracking information will be automatically sent to you via email. You will receive tracking shortly after your order is dispatched.

MyHermes deliveries generally require a signature so please ensure that someone will be available to take delivery.

MyHermes will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. In the event that 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts are made, you may be given the option to pay an additional delivery charge for a further attempt.
