Dengie Meadow Grass with Herbs has been formulated by the Dengie team of scientifically trained nutritionists to be used as a source of pure, chemical free fibre that can be added to any bucket feed to help increase chew time. Ideal to use as a hay replacer it supplies additional calories to help gain/maintain weight especially during the winter months. The finest Lincolnshire meadow grass is dried, chopped and lightly dressed with cold-pressed rape seed oil from Aberdeenshire. It is then topped with a unique blend of tasty herbs - liquorice root, fennel, mint, chamomile and aniseed. It is naturally sweet and as it is a short, soft chop is it great for veterans or horses with poor teeth.
• High in fibre, highly digestible, ideal for feeding alongside a balancer or supplement to provide a high fibre diet
• A very clean source of fibre and so ideal for feeding to competition horses and ponies - can be used as a hay replacer if required
• Includes carefully selected herbs - liquorice root, ground fennel, chamomile, ainseed and mint to keep your horse happy and healthy
• The inclusion of grass pellets provides interest and texture
• Naturally sweet, ideal for tempting fussy feeders
• Free from artificial flavours, preservatives, molasses and straw
How To Get The Most Out Of Feeding With Dengie Meadow Grass with Herbs
Dengie Meadow Grass with Herbs is a straight feed and although it contains natural nutrients it does not provide a balanced diet. We would recommend using a broad spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement such as Dengie Leisureor Performance Vits & Mins or alternatively a feed balancer such as Dengie Alfa-A or Hi-Fi Balancer to supply everything your horse or pony needs.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same working day (with the exception of some items that clearly show a delayed dispatch notice on the product image).
The order may also be delivered to your place of work or left in a safe place at the chosen delivery address (safe place does not require a signature but is left at the customers own risk). Please be aware all orders require a signature upon delivery, unless requested otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated on the delivery weight that we assign to a product. This may differ from the actual weight of the product, for example, in instances where the bulky nature of the product means increased postage costs apply. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery and a safe place has not been selected a card will be left and an automatic re-delivery will be attempted the next working day. If for a second time the delivery has not been signed for a second card will be left detailing how to re-arrange delivery. If no attempt is made to re-arrange delivery, the order will returned to us. If the order is returned to us after the second card attempt we will incur a charge which may be passed on to the customer.
