DPD Delivery

... what happens after your order is dispatched?

If you selected DPD delivery, tracking information will be automatically sent to you via email and/or text message depending on whether you provided an email address and/or mobile number. You will receive this tracking information, including a one-hour timeslot, on the morning of your delivery (usually by 11am).

All DPD orders require a signature (a photograph during the COVID-19 social distancing times) on delivery unless you have specified a safe place (at your own risk) where your parcel can be left. If you won't be available to take delivery, please follow the link on the tracking email to either arrange a different delivery day, have the parcel left in a safe place (at your own risk), have the parcel left with a neighbour or arrange to collect the parcel from a local pick up location.

If nobody is available to take delivery and you have not specified a safe place, DPD will try to delivery again the following working day (Monday to Friday). If they are unable to deliver after two attempts, you will receive a notification via email that your parcel has gone to a DPD pick up location. You will need to collect your parcel from there, following the instructions on the email and making sure to take the required ID. If you do not collect the parcel from the pick up location, the parcel will be returned to us. Once the parcel arrives back with us, your order will be refunded less the costs incurred by us for the return journey.
