If you selected Burnhills Own Van delivery, you will receive an email with your delivery day in due course.

If you have specified a safe place where the goods can be left (at your own risk), the driver will leave goods in your safe place. If you have not left a safe place instruction, please ensure that someone is available to take delivery on the day of your delivery.

If nobody will be available on your delivery day, and you have not specified a safe place where the goods can be left,  please contact as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

Please be sure to provide a telephone number, if you have not already done so, in case of queries.

With regret, you will not be able to choose your own delivery day or time as our delivery service runs the most efficient route to service as many customers as possible.
