1 Hour Delivery Estimates

Orders placed for Expres Courier Delivery are eligible to receive a 1 hour estimated delivery timeslot on the morning of the delivery day.

Delivery timeslots are sent via E-mail, so please keep an eye on your emails on the morning of your delivery.

To receive a 1 Hour Estimated Delivery timeslot, be sure to provide a valid email address and select DPD delivery at the checkout.

Please note - delivery timeslots are allocated on the morning of your delivery and cannot be allocated before this time. The timeslot will be allocated by the courier based on the most efficient route for the driver on the day.

If your delivery timeslot isn't convenient, you can follow the link on the email to either;

·         Change the delivery for another day (a new timeslot will be allocated on the morning of your chosen day)

·         Instruct the driver to deliver to a neighbour (neighbours' signature required)

·         Instruct the driver to leave it in a Safe Place (no signature required - left at the customers own risk)

·         Arrange to collect the parcel later from a Pick Up Shop.
